Meet Abby, Our Founder
Abby grew up in a Central Jersey. She is the middle of a sister trio and loves Jesus, her family, coffee & all things pink. Her younger sister was adopted in 2014 and Abby's family is especially close as they serve together at church every Sunday and enjoy traveling & just hanging out together.

Her love of coffee began when she was 14 years old and tried it for the first time while at an investor's conference with her dad. Since then she has not only worked as a Barista, but enjoyed creating specialty drinks on her own.

Abby graduated high school in 2022, then graduated with an Associate's Degree in Business Marketing in 2023. She went on to pursue a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Business Management from Montclair State University, which she earned in May 2025. All of this has been in preparation to launch her café creamery, Alpha & Omega, which she is beyond excited to do this Spring!

Our Passion
At Alpha & Omega, our passion for coffee started when our founder was only 14. Since then she has been learning more about coffee & gaining hands on experience as a Barista. Abby loves watching how people can come together through coffee and she strives to show the love of Jesus through every cup
Abby has a special place in her heart for her family and one of her favorite memories with them is going out for ice cream after school concerts, shows, and other events. Of course, Abby loves ice cream as a tasty desert, but her passion for it truly stems from the love and deepening connection she was able to feel and gain from her family during her childhood years.

Alpha & Omega's core mission is bringing families & people in the community together. We want to create a space for people to talk & build relationships - with each other and the community.

We are also passionate about our faith and supporting veterans, teachers and other vital members of our community.

Alpha & Omega is committed to making a difference not only in our community but in the world. God calls us to love each other as ourselves and at Alpha and Omega, we put this into practice, not just through our service, but through supporting those who need it most.​​
By partnering with Christian suppliers, we know our coffee is having an impact. Christ Coffee, our main coffee supplier, is Christian owned and ran, and gives a portion of their proceeds to a local church as well as organizations such as Young Life and Destiny Rescue.

By supporting a combination of organizations, Alpha and Omega uses a portion of its profits to help those in need. Veterans and first responder mental health, the homeless, and child needs are just a few of the areas that we have a heart for.
